Overview Template refers to the standarized document structure or format used frequently
and commonly. Template relieves you of the chores of creating the document
formats every time you use a specific type of document. Generally, document
templates have font, font size, font color, line spacing, paragraph spacing, and
document margin, etc. as its elements. Templates and the Resource Manager You can manage document templates using the Resource Manager, as you
manage Clip Art and Smart ClipArt. You can copy, delete, or move the document
templates using the Templates tab of the Resource Manager window. However,
you cannot edit or add template documents directly in the Resource Manager.
To edit the document template, you should work with the document template file
itself.
Using the Document Template To insert a document template into the Edit window, take the following steps.
Note The Resource Manager offers various templates designed by professional designers. You can also add your own templates for the ease of later use.
