Overview

The Resource Manager lets you manage various resources for Web documents effeciently. You can manage resources in the following ways.

Managing Resources

You can add, delete, edit, and copy resources using the Resource Manager. You can create your own resource reserve by editing or deleting the resources which are not used and by adding the resources you have.

Adding Resource Files

1.	Select the tab you want in the Resource Manager window.
2.	In the left category list, select the folder you want.
3.	Press the Import button at the bottom left. Alternatively you can select [Import File...] in the shortcut menu of the preview pane.
4.	In the Open dialog box, select the file you want and click OK.
5.	The thumbnail of the selected file appears at the right preview pane.

Removing Resources

1.	Select the tab you want in the Resource Manager window.
2.	In the left category list, select the folder you want.
3.	Select the item you want in the right preview pane.
4.	Right-click the resource and select [Delete] in the shortcut menu. Alternatively, press the <Del> key.
5.	The message Do you want to delete the selected item(s)? appears. Click OK.

Copying Resources

1.	Select the tab you want in the Resource Manager window.
2.	In the left category list, select the folder you want.
3.	Drag the resource from the right preview pane to the folder of your choice.

Managing Resource Groups and Folders

The Resource Manager manages resources by folder. You can modify the folder and group structure for more efficient use.

Creating a New Folder

1.	Select the tab you want in the Resource Manager window.
2.	In the left category list, select the folder to which a new folder is to be added.
3.	Select {New Folder} in the shortcut menu. The folder named 'newfolder1' is added.

4.	To change the folder name, click the folder and rename the folder in the Rename Group or Folder dialog box. You can rename the folder name displayed in the Resource Manager as well as the folder name in Windows system.

Deleting a Folder

1.	Select the tab containing the folder to be deleted in the Resource Manager window.
2.	Select the folder you want to delete in the left category list.
3.	Right-click the folder and select {Delete} in the shortcut menu. Alternatively, press the <Del> key.
4.	The message Do you want to delete the selected folder? appears. click OK.

Rename a Folder or Group

1.	Select the tab you want in the Resource Manager window.
2.	Select the folder or group you want to rename in the left category list.
3.	Right-click the folder and in the context menu click Rename...
4.	Rename the folder or group in the Rename Group or Folder dialog box. You can rename the folder or group name displayed in the Resource Manager as well as the folder or group name in Windows system.

Zipping a Folder or Group

1.	Select the tab you want in the Resource Manager window.
2.	Select the folder or group you want to zip in the left category list.
3.	Right-click the folder and in the context menu click Zip.
4.	In the Save as dialog box, specify the location and filename and click OK. The zipped folder or group is saved as a zip(*.zip) file.

Importing a Zipped Folder or Group

1.	Select the tab you want in the Resource Manager window.
2.	Click the Import button in the bottom left-hand corner.
3.	In the Open dialog box,click the Files of type drop-down list and select "Zip Files (*.zip)".
4.	Find your zip file and click OK.
