Upgrade Guide

SJ Namo WebEditor

Before purchasing the upgrade:

1. Make sure your copy of Namo WebEditor is eligible for upgrade. Free trial versions, not-for-resale (NFR) copies, and beta versions cannot be upgraded.
2. Find your product serial number and CD/license key. If you bought Namo WebEditor on CD-ROM, your serial number and CD key are printed on the CD carrier. If you bought Namo WebEditor as a download, you received your serial number and license key when you downloaded the software. You will need to enter these numbers when you install your upgrade. If you are a registered user and have lost your serial number or CD/license key, please request the numbers from customer service.
3. Confirm that the language of your original copy of Namo WebEditor is the same as that of the desired upgrade. In general, you may not upgrade to a different language version from your original version. However, if the latest version is not available in the same language as your original version, then you may upgrade to the English version.

SJ Namo DeepSearch

Namo DeepSearch 3 customers can upgrade to Namo DeepSearch 4 by paying the extra at a discounted price. For example, if you have purchased Namo DeepSearch 3 at $169 and DeepSearch 4 (same max number of documents) introduces at $499 then you would only have to pay $330 more.

SJ Namo HandStory Suite

All the previous versions of Namo HandStory Suite can be upgraded to Namo HandStory Suite 3.1. To order Namo HandStory Suite 3.1, you need to enter the e-mail address which you used to purchase your previous version of Namo HandStory Suite.

Before purchasing the upgrade:

1. Make sure your copy of Namo HandStory is eligible for upgrade. Free trial versions, basic versions, not-for-resale (NFR) copies, and beta versions cannot be upgraded.
2. Please check your platform of PDA. The Palm and Pocket PC versions of Namo HandStory are different products. You should upgrade to the version that matches your handheld platform.
3. Please install and test the trial version of Namo HandStory Suite before purchase. Namo HandStory Suite may not work properly with some new devices. You can check up all the features of Namo HandStory Suite with the trial version.
