What is the difference between the boxed version and the ESD version?
There is no functional difference between the boxed version and the ESD version. When a customer purchases a boxed version of Namo WebEditor, we provide an installation CD-ROM and a printed manual. In the case of the ESD version, we provide only downloadable installation files and a PDF manual.
Can I pay for Namo WebEditor by methods other than a credit card?
If you purchase Namo WebEditor through our Web site, you may pay by credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer. Simply select your payment method when you place your order.
Can I order a product without online ordering process?
You can order your product by fax. After selecting a product you want to buy on an online shop, choose "Order by Fax".
Are there Macintosh or Linux versions of Namo software?
Unfortunately, at this time, no. Namo software except server-side products support only Windows.
Can I upgrade to a different language version of a Namo product?
In general, you may not upgrade to a different language version from your original version. However, if the latest version is not available in the same language as your original version, then you may upgrade to the English language version. For example, if you had bought the Spanish version of Namo WebEditor 4, you may upgrade to the Englsih version of Namo WebEditor 6 because the Spanish version of Namo WebEditor 6 is not available.
Can I buy outdated versions of Namo products?
In general, SJ NAMO and its worldwide distributors only sell the most current version of Namo software. However, from time to time, older versions may be available as part of a bundle with another product (OEM versions); but please note that these older versions cannot be purchased separately.
I obtained an older version of Namo WebEditor from a promotional CD, or I received a not-for-resale copy from SJ NAMO. Can I upgrade from this copy?
In general, OEM, promotional, and NFR copies of Namo WebEditor are not eligible for upgrade. Upgrades are intended only for customers who purchased a "full" version of Namo WebEditor as a standalone product, either through retail or through other reseller channels. However, some OEM or promotional copies can be upgraded.
I bought and downloaded Namo WebEditor over the Internet. Can I buy a CD-ROM and/or a printed manual separately?

Yes, we offer special academic price in the form of a single license and multi user license. The educational program is available as an ESD version only. When you purchase a site license, you receive one license key which may be used for a certain number of installed copies of Namo WebEditor.

What is the price of Namo DeepSearch?
The price of Namo DeepSearch is based on the maximum number of documents that is indexed and searched. Licenses are available in various sizes starting from 1,000 documents and going all the way up to 50,000 documents.
Can I upgrade the number of license for my current Namo DeepSearch?
Yes. License upgrades are priced at the difference between the original license and the new license. For instance, if you wish to upgrade from 1,000 documents to 5,000 documents, your upgrade cost would be $299 - $79 = $220.
I have the Pocket PC version of HandStory Suite 2.3. Can I upgrade to the Palm version of HandStory Suite?
No. The Palm and Pocket PC versions of HandStory are different products. You should purchase the Pocket PC version if you want use it with your Pocket PC PDA.
