Visual and audio effects
Sound effects and visual effects can be added to pages and objects to enhance your projects. Add wave files and mp3s to your project or create them with the sound recording functions. For visual effects, you can produce transition effects like fades, wipes, and cuts with a few clicks of the mouse.

Actions & Variables
FlyingPopcorn uses a system of actions and variables so that you can add interactivity and functionality to your content. Actions can be used to move to different pages, play media, connect to the web, show/hide objects, and hundreds of other purposes. Use group actions to control multiple objects at once and use the Action List to create and modify actions in a convenient setting. Variables can be created for precise and sophisticated control over your objects and actions. Also, variables can be displayed by text and TextBox objects. The Variable Settings window gives you an easy way to add, delete, and modify variables.

Frame-by-Frame Animations
In addition to creating animation with actions and effects, you can create frame-by-frame animations directly. With Namo FlyingPopcorn, you can simply create a beginning frame and an ending frame and the frames in between will automatically be filled in.

Image and Video Capture
Capture images and video quickly and easily with Namo FlyingPopcorn's built-in functions. You can capture images either by taking screenshots or importing them from a scanner. The video capture function can be used with your PC's camera to create videos. Options such as the frame rate and audio quality can be adjusted.

Sound Recording
Record both wave and mp3 files directly in Namo FlyingPopcorn and add them to your projects. You can adjust the frequency, bit rate, file type and other properties to create the sounds you need. You can also use the sounds you have created in other programs.
