Using DeepSearch 4 Advanced Search
Check this option if you want to search by entering a whole sentence and not just one word. For example, you can write, "What is DeepSearch 4?" on the search box to find results for what&DeepSearch&4.
The Refine option lets you search again within the previous search result. It is useful when the first search contains too many search results.
The Search In option lets you search for specific terms within fields such as Title, Body, URL, and Index. You can choose several fields at once.
You can set the search range for efficient search.
You can narrow the search by selecting one of three file types: text, picture, and sound. This is useful when searching for binary files.
You can select search operators from menu. For example, "Namo" AND "DeepSearch" is the same as "Namo & DeepSearch"
In most Web sites that have a lot of pages, similar pages are generally organized into a category. For example, "DeepSearch" can be categorized in product information. In this case, you can type "DeepSearch" in search box and type "product information" in category box. Then, DeepSearch 4 will search for the word "DeepSearch" under product information category only.
The Per Page option specifies how many search results to display in a page. Minimum is 10, and Maximum is 50.
You can select from Relevance, Site Name, Date, and Category
to sort search results.
Large websites have a number of directories to sort similar pages together. The URL option lets you search within a specific directory you enter in the box.
If you select Whole words, DeepSearch 4 searches for all the texts that include the search word. If you select Substrings, it expands the search to words that contain the search term as a substring.
You can narrow the search by setting dates as from MM/DD/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY. You can specify both from and to, or either one.
