- If you are not satisfied with SJ NAMO Inc.’s software, which was purchased directly from www.namo.com, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds which were requested after 30 days of your initial purchase date will not be honored, unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.
- License returns will be honored within 30 days of the purchase date for the following reasons only:
- ● Error made in order processing (for example, wrong products shipped, wrong quantity shipped, incorrect registration number, duplicate product ordered, wrong platform and so on)
To be considered for a refund, you must send an email to email@example.com within 30 days from purchase date.
- To request for a refund, please follow the following steps:
- 1. Please request RMA number from SJ Namo Inc.
- A. To receive RMA number from us, please complete this RMA Request FORM, and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
- ● Any return without RMA will not be honored and the shipment will be returned, therefore please obtain RMA number and write it on the return label.
- 2. After receiving your RMA number please email us the following information.
- A. Your order number and Original copy of receipt
- B. The date of order
- C. The version of Windows that you are running
- D. The name of our product that you have purchased
- E. Please describe the issue and/or reasons you are no longer wanting to use the software
- F. Please list your RMA number in your email.
- 3. After fulfilling above steps, now you can return your package to SJ Namo, Inc.
- 4. Please write your RMA number on your return label
- 5. Also the return package must be in its original box and also all the contents of the box should be returned in it.
(Returning without your RMA number, you will not be qualify for any refund, so please acquire RMA before your return)
- Upon receipt of your request, all eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 60 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.
- Please note that, except for the reasons listed above, SJ NAMO, Inc. carries a no-refund policy on Software Licenses.
- We do not warrant the contents of the Software Product or that the software itself will be error free, regardless of whether the product has been distributed via CD or an electronic download. The Software Product is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty as to the performance or results you may obtain by using the Software Product. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software product is assumed by you.
- All shipping and handling, sales tax and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. SJ NAMO, Inc. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
